Avs sign Bo Byram to contract – but that doesn’t mean he’s made the team

Bo Byram (yes, he prefers Bo, not Bowen – well, at least that’s what I’ve heard) put pen to paper today on a three-year, “entry-level” contract with the Colorado Avalanche. That’s great news for him and the team. But that does not mean he will necessarily play for the team in 2019-20.
