I’m writing a little later in the day than I originally planned. Just came from the doctor downtown, after getting injections into my lower back. Good times, getting six-inch needles jammed into your spine! If the injections take hold, and if I do what the doctor says, which is “lose some weight, Adrian, and do some Pilates”, I may avoid the surgeon’s scalpel.
