Inside the Avs Locker Room: A slump, but not a crisis

Some uncut audio from today inside and around the Avs’ locker room. While I only have one official player interview – with Nikita Zadorov – I talked to a couple other players informally and the attitude about the current state of things can be best summed up as: “We’re just in a slump, nothing more than that, and we’ll get out of it.”

Jared Bednar? He seems a little more concerned, as you’ll perhaps discern from listening to his full presser today, attended by just a couple of media outlets, while others that claim to cover the team on a full-time basis (and ask for a LOT of money per month from their readers) took another day off.
