Boston College and Avalanche prospect Alex Newhook is currently in the midst of a hot streak that perhaps only a brick wall could slow down. As of today, 23 points (10 goals, 13 assists) over his last 11 games alone.
The freshman center, the Avs’ 16th overall 2019 pick, is proving that the dominance he displayed in the BCHL is translatable to the NCAA. He’s sixth in the league in scoring with 41 points, leading ALL freshman.
