EDMONTON, ALBERTA – My goodness. I’ve covered this team since before they even officially were named the Colorado Avalanche, a run that includes two Stanley Cup teams and a whole bunch of Hall-of-Famers. I can honestly say that I’ve never seen an Avs team look as good as I’ve seen this one over the last seven periods of hockey here in Edmonton.
