Colorado Eagles update new ‘Colorado Sky’ uniforms

When the Colorado Eagles unveiled their new “Colorado Sky” jerseys in November, it didn’t quite reflect exactly how the new uniforms are going to look.

Per a league rule, the AHL affiliate team must wear the same color helmet, pants and gloves as their NHL club. This is in place for call-up-related reasons and ensuring players have the right colored and themed equipment for any situation.

Knowing that, and the uniforms the Colorado Avalanche are wearing this season, the Eagles new kits will be quite blue — in particular, their away uniform.
