Let’s do an Avalanche player report card here on this soon-to-be very snowy night. The Avs beat the L.A. Kings 2-0, a big win that makes them 3-1-1 on the homestand so far.

Gabe Landeskog (B) – Kind of a classic Landy game, where he mucked it up a lot in front of the net and worked hard in the defensive end. He had three shots in the first two periods, nearly scoring on one of them.\

Nathan MacKinnon (B+) – Until getting an empty-netter, probably a bit of a frustrating game for him personally probably. Couldn’t really break loose at any point out there, but the Kings really focused in on him too. He was still really active out there though and skated well.
