Let’s go out on a limb here and predict that’s the last we’ll see of Hunter Miska for quite a while. The same question faces Avalanche GM Joe Sakic after the game, however, as it did before this, Miska’s latest horror show of a performance: Can Sakic find someone, anyone, who can at least stop shots 90% of the time every five or six games as a backup goalie?

That’s up to Trader Joe to figure, but one truth is now self-evident for this Avalanche season: Avs fans have had enough of Miska and want to see someone else occupy the backup goaltender job behind Philipp Grubauer.
