Avalanche lines and D pairs for Game 2 against Blues

Although Jared Bednar would not divulge anything about his lineup for Game 2, we here at Colorado Hockey Now are veteran readers of the hockey tea leaves, and so we can take a very educated guess at the lineup for tonight against the Blues.
