Avalanche lineup for Wild tonight

We have hockey again tonight. Unless you have a ticket to Ball Arena for the preseason Avalanche game against the Minnesota Wild, however, you won’t see it. There is no TV for the game tonight, home or away.

Here are the lineups for both teams:

It’s a good sign for Jack Johnson that he’s in the lineup for a second straight game, despite being on a PTO. It’ll also be nice to see Erik Johnson back in action.

But the thing I’ll be most interested in is how Darcy Kuemper looks in goal. No matter what, it’s just a preseason game. But it’ll be fun to see how he looks in his first game of any kind for the Avs.

AD – will you be there and providing updates as the game unfolds? Thanks!

Nice to see E.J. back. As I said before – – a healthy E.J. going into the playoffs is a priority. Maybe that’s why the addition of J.J. and other defensemen. I’d limit his playing time. No “back to back” games. Watch his health closely. I still think E.J. has something left in the tank and would be great to see him in the playoffs.

Not that this game would be viewable, but Altitude isn’t the only entity in a media strife with Comcast – now Youtube TV is cutting ties with all of their NBC string of companies, if they don’t resolve their carriage deal by end of day today . . . sigh

Oh, and yttv has stated that they will cut their price $10 if they loose the nbc affiliates. Comcast should be so ethical . . .

Perhaps the debut of the Johnson & Johnson D pairing… jk

Dang the Avs squad is as interesting as it could get. So much to see in this one. Kaut, Ranta, Wingerli, Olausson, Maltsev, Kuemps and Annunen possibly getting some ice.. They could put this on pay-per-view.
