Thoughts and observations on another Avs win in Vegas (+)

Published

on

Well, that was a win I didn’t quite expect. Especially, when it was 2-1 after the first period, the shots were 15-6 in favor of the Vegas Golden Knights and the Avs seemed a little fatigued, playing their third game in four nights – all in different time zones. Final score: Colorado Avalanche 3, the cap-circumventing Vegas Golden Knights 2.

As you can see from the above picture, a good time was had by all Avs fans inside T-Mobile Arena – and there were lots on hand.

I’m just going to jump right into the thoughts and observations part of this, because most of you get bored with play-by-play stuff on games you probably already saw.
