Darren Helm scores a goal, Nathan MacKinnon held off the scoresheet and Kurtis MacDermid with an assist. Just like everyone predicted. The Colorado Avalanche absolutely peppered the San Jose Sharks with 46 shots and never really let up, winning 4-2 at Ball Arena. Among the spectators was Foppa, Peter Forsberg.

The Avs played well throughout, though it didn’t always show it on the scoreboard. A good power play helped.

“Power play has been a big part of that, they were good again tonight,” Jared Bednar said after the game.
