This should be a very competitive camp, with lots of rookies competing, especially, for big club forward spots. It’s hard to believe this is all happening again so soon. It – and I’m not exaggerating much here – really does feel like the Cup parade in Denver just happened last week or something.
But a short summer is what everyone wanted, right?
I’m sure the players and coaches don’t have (much) problem with this. It sure went by quick though. Unbelievable. Opening night against the Blackhawks is only a little more than a month away. I can’t wait to see how many transplant Chicago fans are in the stands this time around at Ball Arena. It won’t be that some will be exposed as just bandwagon fans, will it? Gosh, I sure hope not. That would be a real shame to see, considering how passionate they are.
