Takeaways From Solid Colorado Avalanche Win Over Nashville (+)

That was an easy one. Well, for the most part. The Colorado Avalanche spotted an early goal to the Nashville Predators, then seemingly blew them out of the game only to let down a little in the end. The final was 5-3 and it’s a nice little three-game win streak now for the defending Stanley Cup champs. As Peter McNab, honored in memory before the game would have said: “This was a good win for the Colorado Avalanche.”

Poor Shane Bowers though. The kid plays in the first game of his NHL career and is gone with an injury in the first period. “Hello Loveland, who else ya got up there?”
