A good Tuesday to my faithful readers. Doesn’t seem like the storm was all that much, so hopefully there’s not much shoveling to do today. Let’s do some hockey links, news and notes, starting with one on our favorite goalie, Jordan Binnington of the St. Louis Blues.

  • Binner got his 100th NHL win last night, 1-0 in overtime against Nashville. He would have had it on Sunday, of course, if not for Mikko Rantanen.
  • Vancouver TV sports guy Rick Dhaliwal said yesterday that talks between the Canucks and Bo Horvat have come to an end, and that he’s available for the best offer. The NHL has a trade freeze from Dec. 19-26, by the way.
  • Evgeni Malkin quietly is having an excellent year (Pittsburgh Hockey Now)
  • Jaromir Jagr was pressed back into action as a player – for the team he owns (Philly Hockey Now)
  • As the Flyers come to town tonight against the Avalanche, they are searching for positives (Philly Hockey Now)
  • The Flames keep finding ways to lose points lately (Calgary Hockey Now)
  • The Bruins got a satisfying payback win over Vegas (Boston Hockey Now)
  • Veteran NY Post columnist Larry Brooks took a not-too-subtle dig at Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar (NY Post)
  • Team Canada finalizes 2023 World Junior roster (Hockey News)
  • A Nasvhille player enters the NHL’s player assistance program (Hockey News)
  • Want the Colorado Eagles’ latest stats? Here you go (Colorado Eagles)
  • Who might the dismal Sharks deal at the deadline? (San Jose Hockey Now)
  • Why do the Red Wings have so much trouble in OT? (Detroit Hockey Now)
