The Colorado Avalanche will look to salvage their road trip on Saturday evening in Florida.

After losing the first game of the road trip in overtime, the Avalanche took a beating on Thursday night. They were shut out by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first matchup between the teams since the Stanley Cup final.

The lineup for the Avalanche is expected to look the same. They did waive Brad Hunt on Saturday morning, but there is no one healthy to replace him in the lineup. Josh Manson is currently on the trip, but is not expected to play just yet.

Pavel Francouz is expected to be in net.

The Florida Panthers have won three straight games as they make a late season push towards a playoff spot. They currently sit two points out of a Wild Card spot.

This is the second and final matchup between the two teams this season. They played each other at Ball Arena last month, with the Panthers winning 5-4.
