GOTTA SEE IT: Mikko Rantanen Scores his 200th Career Goal

Mikko Rantanen is on pace to shatter his career high for goals in a season, but on Saturday afternoon, he hit a big milestone.
With the opening goal against the St. Louis Blues, Rantanen hit the 200 goal mark for his young career. At just 26 years old, there are a lot more milestones on the way.
Rantanen currently sits ninth in franchise history in goals scored. The next player he is set to pass is a pretty big one. Peter Forsberg, who was obviously more of a playmaker than goal scorer, is next on the list for him to pass. The Swedish superstar scored 217 goals with the Nordiques/Avalanche.
Rantanen could get hot and pass Forsberg this year, but it’s more likely to be something that happens next season.
Take a look at the beautiful goal he scored on Saturday, on a great feed from Nathan MacKinnon.
