Josh Manson Leaves Avalanche Game at Dallas With Upper-Body Injury

Published

on

The Avalanche lost Josh Manson to an upper-body injury on Friday. The defenseman left the game in the second period against the Dallas Stars after crashing into the boards and did not return.

Manson dropped his glove instantly and appeared to be favoring his arm, wrist, or hand area as he skated off. Colorado trailed 4-1 after the second period. It’s their first and only trip to Dallas in 2024-25.

Manson has dressed in all 24 games this season, scoring a goal and adding five assists. He is also -10, which is the second-worst on the team.

The Avs have dealt with injuries all season albeit mostly to their forward group. They’re currently without Gabriel Landeskog, Jonathan Drouin, Ross Colton, and Miles Wood.

The leagueโ€™s top-paid player has been amazing too. Incredible puck control, incredible defense, and the goal production is off the charts. Top-paid is a phenomenal player and should be paid more in my opinion! Goodly, the leadership of aforementioned top paid player is so contagious everyone is clicking. Everyone is… Read more »

Life’s too short to dwell this much in bitterness and frustration. Get a hobby and perhaps find a team to root for that you can believe in more.
