The four Avs who don’t get to rest for the next two weeks — Nathan MacKinnon, Cale Makar, Devon Toews and Artturi Lehkonen — had multi-point games in the 5-4 win over the Edmonton Oilers. The newest elite forward, Martin Necas scored the game-winner and continues to impress.

The Avalanche’s top line and top D-pair combined for 12 points to secure the team’s two points before a long break.
