DENVER — That was fun.

Mikko Rantanen’s return, matinee hockey, and a highly-anticipated divisional battle against the team you’re probably going to face in the playoffs. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Colorado looked like the better team but still needed OT to come away with a 4-3 victory. Is that good? Or bad?
