The Anaheim Ducks made another notable trade on Monday. The Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2025 was announced Tuesday, and the Avs announced upcoming summer schedules.

It feels like the calm before the storm. The draft is three days away, and we’re already seeing some pretty decent trades trickle in around the league.

But before we get to all the fun, how about some scheduling news? The regular-season schedule will be released on July 16. In the meantime, the Avalanche announced schedules for next week’s development camp, the 2025 rookie showcase in September, and the preseason shortly after training camp.

Detroit Hockey Now: Red Wings legend Sergei Fedorov wasn’t happy with the Conn Smythe Trophy choice for this year’s Cup Final. He had someone else in mind.
NYI Hockey Now: Matt Martin announced his retirement and joined the Islanders front office on Tuesday. His career ends just 13 games shy of 1,000.
Florida Hockey Now: The Panthers AHL club (Charlotte Checkers) didn’t have the same storybook ending in the AHL’s Calder Cup Finals.
Vegas Hockey Now: It sounds more and more like the Golden Knights are the team to beat in the Mitch Marner sweepstakes. And, according to Jeff Marek on his daily show, The Sheet, there’s smoke around Tomas Hertl being moved to help make space for Marner.
