The scenery for the Stadium Series game is absolutely spectacular, just an awesome sight to behold. As the sign at an old employer of mine said on the wall: “T’is a privilege to live in Colorado.”

Here’s a bit of a tour guide from today’s Avalanche practice, with locker room audio and video. About the sightlines: if you are going to the game, you will have unobstructed views from wherever you are. You also might want to bring some binoculars. The rink is not built right into the stadium, as you can see, and if you’re in the upper levels of the stadium….yeah, it’s a bit far away looking. But, hey, it’s all about the beauty of being in this beautiful place, watching a hockey game outdoors. You’ll soon feel that vibe once here.
