Colorado Avalanche
New Pod: Alex Tanguay

A new “Can’t Hear What Jeremy Says” here, with special guest Alex Tanguay.
The former Avs star talks about the tough transition out of retirement at the relatively young age of 36, but how he found now passion in both broadcasting for the NHL Network, then becoming a coach for the Iowa Wild of the AHL, where he works today.
But, of, course, there are lots of great stories Tanguay tells about his years with the Avs, including what it was like to live in Patrick Roy’s basement as a rookie, how he willed himself to be a better player entering his second year – one that culminated with him being a hero in Game 7 of the 2001 Stanley Cup Finals.
This podcast is brought to you by Blake Street Tavern, which now is accepting customers to 100 percent capacity in its more than 18,000 square feet of space. Make sure to head there this weekend to watch the big Avs-Golden Knights games. Blake Street Tavern is a 5-star certified safe restaurant and bar, with last call at 1:30 a.m.
