In the Turning Point, we’ll take a look at one moment in the previous Colorado Avalanche game that changed the momentum of the game.

While the Avalanche did come back and beat the Toronto Maple Leafs, it looked like things were going to get ugly after the first period. And there was a real chance for that to happen.

While Colorado wasn’t necessarily playing poorly, it seemed like every time the Maple Leafs got a chance or some zone-time, the puck was going in the net. That’s been an issue a lot this year. However, early in the second period, Alexandar Georgiev made a save that allowed the Avalanche to turn the game around and mount their comeback.
