Avalanche-Predators Game Review: Rinse, repeat, from Friday night

Published

on

Pretty much everything I wrote about last night’s Avalanche win in Carolina, I would just copy and paste here.

I think the Avalanche were a bit fortunate to win like they did tonight, 3-2 in Nashville, same score as last night in Carolina. Avs had to rely a little too much – maybe a lot too much – on Pavel Francouz, and didn’t play all that well in their own end at times in this game.

But enough individual skill, opportunistic scoring and FRANKIE were enough to beat a Nashville team that had been sitting around for a couple days waiting for them, while the Avs flew in during the wee hours and didn’t hold a morning skate.
