EDMONTON, ALBERTA – You see that empty arena in that picture above? I’m sitting here right now, completely alone in it, an hour after I saw one of the craziest, most action-packed games in my 25 years of covering the Colorado Avalanche. There must be a Buddhist phrase for this kind of weird feeling I have right now, but right now all I can really think is:

What the hell did I just see?
