GOTTA SEE IT: Bowen Byram Back on Skates
We got our first significant update on Bowen Byram last week in terms of what he’s dealing with.
On Monday morning, there was even better news.
The 21 year old defenseman hit the ice with fellow defenseman Josh Manson and skills coach Shawn Allard. This is the first time that we’re aware he’s skated since shutting things down again due to injury.
There was no official practice, so no word from coach, but here are some videos of the young defenseman skating, as well as some of Josh Manson. Byram didnโt appear to be pushing too hard, as this is just an early step in his recovery. He skated for around 30 minutes before getting off, mostly light work.
