WATCH: All Three Avalanche Score in All-Star Game; Central Loses in Finals
Nathan MacKinnon scored three goals across two games, while Mikko Rantanen added a goal of his own on Saturday during the All-Star game festivities. Cale Makar managed to hop on the scoresheet as well, scoring with just eight seconds left in the Finals game.
The goal scoring was not enough, though, as the Central Division lost in the finals to the Atlantic Division by a score of 7-5.
MacKinnon scored twice in the 6-4 win over the Pacific Division. All of Rantanen, MacKinnon, and Makar scored against the Atlantic, but at that point, the game was already over.
Most importantly, no one was injured. And that’s all that really matters. The Colorado Avalanche are expected to return to practice on Sunday afternoon. However, don’t expect any of their All-Stars to be present, as those guys usually get the day off for travel.
Take a look at some of the goals the Avalanche stars scored on Saturday.
