The Colorado Avalanche’s season is over, and it was as big a shock to them as it was to others. They felt like they wasted an otherwise memorable season. Also, the Vegas Golden Knights are heading to the Stanley Cup Final and we still don’t know who they’re going to face.

Colorado Hockey Now
The Avalanche’s season is over. They were heading into an exciting Game 1 a week ago, and it’s already over.
Logan O’Connor and Mackenzie Blackwood were blunt about what they felt about this season. Others, like Devon Toews and Brock Nelson, looked like they shed tears before speaking. Jared Bednar was stunned. Cale Makar was shocked. Everyone shared pretty much the same message.
They wasted a memorable season.
