Inside the Avalanche Locker Room: Ryan Graves talks of his game-changing hit, plus Bellemare on the hit he took from Foligno

Some uncut audio from the room today and tonight. It turned out to be a fun night for the Avs, beating the Edmonton Oilers 4-1.

Ryan Graves had a sizable effect on the game with his big, open-ice hit on Oilers veteran Alex Chiasson, which not only knocked Chiasson out of the game, it led to top Oilers defender Adam Larsson taking a retaliatory penalty that was assessed as a five-minute major and game-misconduct.

The Oilers had to play short-handed from there on out, and it made a real difference, as the Avs just wore down the Oilers from there.
