Avs Postgame Talking Points: Is JoJo’s shutout a job-getter, or fool’s gold?

Jonas Johansson with the shutout – you bet that would happen tonight, right? I hope somebody out there actually did bet that, because the payoff must have been nice. (Hope they bet it at our site sponsor, SportsBook Colorado, too). The question on everybody’s mind tonight, who follows the Avs:

Could JoJo have just convinced Joe Sakic to stand pat at the NHL trade deadline, at least when it comes to adding another goalie? Or, is a shutout against one of the two worst teams in the league just not enough of a barometer to award the big Swede the full-time backup role entering the final weeks and into the playoffs?
