An Avalanche Of PK Woes – But Maybe The Worst Is Over? (+)

Let’s face it, the Colorado Avalanche have one of the worst penalty killing units in the league at the moment. Some of the players are aware of it and know there needs to be a change. The Avalanche currently sit at 30th in the in the NHL in the penalty kill at 66.7 percent. I hate to say it, but there is an Avalanche of PK woes right now and it needs to be dealt with, and fast.

But maybe that’s starting to happen. Let’s dive a little deeper into the issue:
