The Avs are back in town, and Mackenzie Blackwood is rejoining the NHL roster. Blackwood is not yet healthy to return to action, but his conditioning stint with the AHL Eagles is over.

Colorado traded one of its former first-round selections back in June. That prospect was dealt again on Friday, returning to a Central Division rival.
